Undergraduate lab member Jaret Lieberth receives 2019 Summer Research Fellowship from the Zscientific foundation
Jaret’s project involves the use of the Gal4/UAS system to achieve tissue-specific expression of platelet derived growth factor receptor alpha (pdgfra) in zebrafish, and eventually determine the tissue in which pdgfra functions to regulate cardiac fusion.
